Currently, we only ship to Canadian addresses. All orders are shipped Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service or Xpresspost.

All orders OVER $99 are shipped FREE OF CHARGE by Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service. See our delivery schedule below.

For orders UNDER $99, Canada Post Xpresspost service is available for an additional freight charge of $15.

Orders received prior to 12:00 pm (Noon) PST will be processed the same day and shipped within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, orders may not be processed until the following day.

You will be emailed your tracking number once your parcel leaves our facility. If you do not receive an email, check your spam/junk folder. Adding to your contacts will ensure you receive these emails.

OrganicVirals will not allow Customer Information, “Opt-in” or otherwise, to be viewed or used by anyone other than authorized OrganicVirals personnel fulfilling customer orders or performing customer service through Third Parties, such as our payment processor and Security Encryption Service Providers have access to confidential Customer data, but are contractually obligated to use said information only for fulfillment of their function.

SECURITY has made every effort to protect all sensitive, private and confidential customer information under our control from loss, misuse or alteration. This includes external firewall technology, staff access security passwords, customer passwords, and redundant accounting and audit. While we use SSL encryption (the highest form of data encryption commercially available) to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. Using the Shopping Cart – Placing items you wish to purchase in your Shopping Cart is easily performed by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button. Once an item has been put in your Shopping Cart, you can view the contents of your Cart at any time by clicking on the “Shopping Cart” graphic at the top of the page. If your Shopping Cart is empty, a message will appear indicating this. For items that are in the Shopping Cart, you can specify a quantity, change a quantity or remove it from your cart.

You may always continue shopping for other products and add them to your Shopping Cart by using the Search or clicking on a Category button. The contents of your Shopping Cart will remain intact while you continue or resume shopping.

To remove an item from your Shopping Basket click on the “Remove” button next to the item that you wish to remove on the Shopping Cart screen.


When you are ready to finalize your purchase, choose which type of checkout you prefer to use.

Every customer may check out as a Member or a Guest, although you are encouraged to Create an Account as a Member. Logging in is much easier and a complete record of all purchases, as well as present order status information is available with just a couple of clicks. 

Member checkout is available after a customer has completed their first shopping experience and Created an Account with All mailing and shipping information is stored for instant future use, and the site will provide order tracking and order histories.

Non-members may Check Out after filling in the Customer information screen that appears after the Check Out button has been clicked.

Customers may also change their Shipping Address at the time of Check Out, if their purchase is destined elsewhere.

Email Order Verification will be sent automatically to your email address, immediately after you Check-Out. It is a good idea to Print the Order Verification for your records, and check the Order Verification to insure that your order was placed and processed correctly.


Online Banking or E-Transfer – has an online portal for accepting instant bank transfers and e-transfers from Canadian bank accounts connected to the Interac network. OrganicVirals uses SSL (Single Socket Layer) encryption technology, the strongest data encryption commercially available. 

Credit Card Payment — currently does not accept credit cards but will be doing so in the future.


Registering as a Member, and Logging-In as you enter, or Logging-In at Check-Out time allows to store and provide both you – our valued customer, and Organic Virals with important statistics, shopping patterns and your shopping history, allowing you to find your favorite products more easily, and allowing to serve you better. As a Member, Checking Out is fast, as your shipping and billing information is on file with us, and does not have to be re-entered after each shopping visit.

It is not necessary to Register or ‘login’ to the store. As mentioned, Guest checkout is an option, but requires you to enter our shipping and billing information each time you Check Out. Also, no shipping history is stored for Guests.

GUEST CHECKOUT offers ‘Guest Checkout’. ‘Guest Checkout’ means that instead of Logging In, you can complete a Billing and Shipping Address form to complete your order when Checking Out.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, please contact us to arrange for refund or store credit. Products considered to be defective can be returned to OrganicVirals within 30 days of Invoice date.

You may return unopened items within 30 days from date of purchase. In the event that your shipment is damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately for a resolution. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge.


In the event that any items ordered are not available at the time your order is shipped, you will be contacted by email to determine whether to –

a) Hold your order if back-orders are able to be filled and ship when stock arrives
b) Cancel your order and issue a full refund

You will only be billed for items shipped.

NOTE: OrganicVirals reserves the right to cancel orders and issue immediate full refunds for any order that is not shipped.


Due to the complexity of locating orders once they have entered our order processing system, orders may not be changed, or added to once they have been processed. Changes to an order, after an order has been placed may be requested, but there is no guarantee that they can or will be implemented. Please contact us if you require a change to your order.


You may cancel your order through your account, if you have registered, and your item has not been shipped. Alternatively, you can contact us to cancel your order.


By placing an order on, you are automatically included in our email list. If you wish to be removed from this list, please click the Opt-Out button at the bottom of the e-newsletter and your email address will be removed from our distribution list.
